Ninja VS badass son of devil. Who will win?

Grudge Match: Round 5 - Ryu Hayabusa VS Dante

Last week the King, Duke Nukem Forever emerged victorious after a surprisingly tough fight with the Doom Marine. This week we concentrate on what we think is the toughest grudge match of them all.


In one corner we have the half-devil son of Sparda, the King of Crunk, Dante from the Devil may Cry series who will be going up against Ninja Gaiden’s legendary Ninja warrior Ryu Hayabusa.

Dante
  • Age: Unknown but word around the block is that he’s in his mid thirties. Although we doubt he ages.
  • Place of Birth: Japan
  • Height: Unknown
  • Physical Traits: White haired, witty, confident and clad in a red overcoat, Dante is the epitome of coolness.
  • Weapon of Choice – His trusty pistols, Ebony and Ivory.
  • Badass Factor – Being the son of a demon grants him immortal powers that he’s been using to kick demon ass in highly innovative ways. I mean this is a guy who has used a full-fledged bike as a nunchuck. Yeah, think about it.
  • Social Life: Being the son of a devil has its advantages but I guess a hectic social life isn’t one of them. Still Dante does let loose and hang out from time to time presumably by himself.
  • Trademark: His confidence, arrogance, wit and style with which he dispatches his foes. Few video game characters can match the style and flair this man brings to the table.



Ryu Hayabusa
  • Age: 21
  • Place of Birth: Japan
  • Height: 5’10”
  • Physical Traits: Clad in a badass Ninja suit Ryu Hayabusa has to be the meanest, fastest and most ruthless Super Ninja in the world of video games.
  • Weapon of Choice – The Dragon sword
  • Badass factor: While Ryu has been a badass Ninja all along his badassery was thrown into serious overdrive with Ninja Gaiden II where he decapitated, maimed and mutilated pretty much anything that moved. Kratos would have been proud.
  • Social Life: His intense Ninja training really doesn’t give him time to have a social life but he does kick back occasionally with some mountain climbing.
  • Trademark: Being a Ninja is badass enough but being a Super Ninja takes the term badass to the next level. I think this dude can actually just kill you by staring at you. Whoa!
