iPhone 5 vs SGS III – The first encounter

We obviously haven’t had the chances to play around with the phone yet, so this is not going to be your typical grudge match with a winner at the end.

iPhone 5 vs SGS III – The first encounter

There’s no telling when Apple’s evolutionary iPhone 5 will make it to our shores, but we know enough about the most talked about smartphone to put together a little comparison, and what better phone to compare it with than the Samsung Galaxy S III. We obviously haven’t had the chances to play around with the phone yet, so this is not going to be your typical grudge match with a winner at the end. However, we have marked (golden star) some features that we feel trumps the other one.

Apple hasn’t released too much information regarding aspects like the battery and the SoC. According to Apple, the iPhone 5 is supposed to deliver up to 8hrs of 3G usage; however, we don’t know the capacity of the battery. The new SoC is called the A6, that’s supposed to deliver twice the CPU and GPU performance, but once again, they haven’t specified if it’s a dual or quad core CPU. Below is a little comparison of some of the highlights of the two phones and the ones with the little star are features that we feel are better done on that particular phone.

Fight!

Fight!
