Nokia Store - Price reduction or lower price points?

In the last few days, I have noticed many items in the Nokia Store priced as low as Rs. 5 as compared to the earlier low of Rs. 25.

Is it that the earlier apps have been re-priced or that newer lower priced apps are allowed / introduced?

or there might even be a limited time discount. but yeah the Rs.5 might be a new pricing point launched by Nokia.

they have lowered price for India's Nokia Store maybe. Now apps that were available at Rs. 25 are now available at Rs. 5 Only. Shopping is a fun now ;) Even Gravity is available at just Rs 35 which costs $10 actually!

I had been longing to buy Gravity but being on Idea I am unable to do so. I do not have a credit card too. I really hope they will soon connect to Idea too.

I have tried multiple times with my collection of debit cards. They are registered but transaction is declined.
