Connecting 5.1 speaker to creative sound card
Hi, I bought a creative sound card pci exp x-fi titanium and installed it successfully in the pc. i have 5.1 F&D (F6000) speaker and you know already that it has a RCA connector for audio input. creative pci x-fi tit have 5 in number 3.5mm audio out. so i bought 3 pieces of 3.5mm to RCA cable and connected the 3.5mm end to green, yellow and black audio out and RCA end to F&D 5.1 RCA input from top to bottom respectively. i am getting good sound quality and all the speakers are functioning properly but when i run creative speaker setup console it detects only R/L front speaker the center, sub, rear R/L are ignored. so i tried changing the audio input cables one by one but of no results. it still detects 2 speakers only. the 2.1 RCA input is working, 5.1 is not.
Kindly suggest me where i am doing wring. sound card is working fine, i tried with head phone and all the ports are working perfectly.
with thanks

Could you paste the specs of your speaker set here?
I'm guessing the set is currently operating in 2.1 mode instead of 5.1. If possible, take a picture of the backside of the speaker/sub wherever the inputs are going.
