This happened with me a couple of days ago. I tried posting in the Movie discussion thread, but then when I tried to see my reply, the page just kept refreshing, even though it showed the last post was by me, my post wasn't visible. I posted in the SIH thread, and it seems the problem isn't new. Though it is working for me now, I guess after some else also posted a reply after me.
Still happens sometimes, I'm going to resolve the cache issue today...
This has been fixed. I haven't noticed this issue anymore, but please do post here if you find your page stuck in a refresh loop.
For those who want to know what was messing this up:
We had a load balancer which was causing this mix up, everything's now pointed to one instance.

Oh wait...it's still happening, on this very thread. Couldn't get my previous post because of the issue, so had to double post.
Damn! This has started again after the recent upgrade to VB 4.2, had fixed it with the 4.1 series. Let me look into this...again...Originally Posted by Morpheus3000

Yeah, this was fixed with the earlier release, but is now back as a problem with the new release. I am beginning to hate these patches...
