My first chip magazine not received yet.. :(

I have subscribed for 1year to receive chip magazine on 19 june.The customer support said that my subscription starts from August and you will get your magazine in the first week.Its been 10days now and i haven't got my issue yet.Though i got the acknowledge letter mail about subscription to my home.

When i asked infomedia18 support they replied that my issue has been sent via first flight and give a reply if you received so.This was 5days back and now 2days back i emailed about the same problem,still no reply yet.I'm getting mad now.Now i thinking about why did i subscribed,though i could buy the magazine within first 2 days of the month.Don't know what should i do now ? Hoping to get some solution here..

Have passed on your query to the subs manager. He will respond once he has figured out where your copy is stuck. I will message again today evening to follow up.

Rest assured, your copy will be traced. If your copy is taking too long to locate, I will ask them to send out another copy to you.

Thank you very much.I feel good now..But i wonder most of the people have already read the whole magazine by now and here me haven't even looked at it yet..If it goes like this every month then i'm all dead (i thought i'll get the magazine before 1st 5 days )

The last issue was released a little later than usual (my own admission of guilt). Ideally, it should reach you before the 5th, unless you live in some really far flung place.

Here's the feedback from the subs manager.

As per our records the copy dispatched thru First Flight has been returned back due to insufficient address.

We are unable to reach the subscriber but will ensure that we get his complete and correct address by evening and arrange for redispatch of his copy.

Will update you the delivery status of the same as and when the copy is delivered.

Once your address situation is sorted out, you should receive your copy on time.

I got the same email today morning.The address is in incorrect order..I just sent a email back by mentioning the correct order..

I wonder how i received subscription acknowledgement letter with same address before..
