Anybody got hands on F1 2010 - PC? Th reviews on Gamespot are quite limited.

^yes, my room mate has it. From what I have seen, it looked like NFS Shift with Grid like menus minus the cool looking cars. I have no interest whatsoever in F1, so I didn't bother much.

I am playing it . I like the thrill of driving a F1 car . The graphics are bland and the game is difficult(if u haven't played Dirt 2 or GRID , u will find this game very difficult)

I just bought F1 2010 and already cursing myself on spending 1000 bucks. What a waste of Money! I am huge F1 fan and 99 version was just terrific, that was when M. Schumacher was in glory days and anything even remotely related to F1 was interesting. This F1 2010 is downright horrible, I agree that I haven't played more than 2 hours now, but already lost interest. Graphics are too bland. Even at full HD resolution, the tyre does not feel completely round, controls are too fuzzy (may improve as it happened with shift), unsynchronized vibration feedback (I tested all configuration to rule out device delays) & where is the lovely crowd that DIRT 2 was able to provide!

some positive aspects, you do get the feeling os driving fast, CodeMasters trademark flashback is great as always. Malaysia under nights is okay (honestly, Shubiya in GRID was much better) anything else! nah, don't think so

overall, its a bad feeling. I just hope that as I get used to the tracks since there are plenty of it and I will like the pure technicality of driving. As of now, its still DIRT2. Heard that FIA WRC rally is also not great, anybody got that yet, released just 10 days ago.

Hey! After 1 day of gaming, it's actually not too bad. If you don't look around too much & concentrate on the technicalities of driving, this is actually good. It demands constant attention and precision braking. There is no feel of Arcade style, it's pure simulation. It starts to excel if you select Rain, especially Brazil. You need to carefully select between intermediate & wet weather tyres. I believe that this game requires more time & patience.
For me, I need to check how can I control the braking pressure, often I apply too much or too less. in DIRT2 & GRID we had an option for Hand brake which controlled the skidding, you obviosuly don't have in F1. Hope this can create same 'old days of 99!
