About LinkBacksyeah ill open it!! there are 6 fans 4 on the top 1 in the back and 1 in the side(Graphic card ) ....its inside a closed room !

Having multiple fans in the cabinet is not always good. Even 2 well placed fans will perform better than 6 wrongly configured fans. Make sure there is a proper airflow inside the cabinet. Remove all those extra fans. Then put the back one as an exhaust and the front one as intake. Monitor the temps. Then start fixing each fan one by and note down the temps in each case. If any fan raises the temps then you know it has not been placed right.
i cleaned my pc inside today but im a beginner in case of hardware fixing and stuff

Anyways, follow The Black Knight instructions and also check whether you have any wires or something obstructing the airflow. Those temps are just unreal. Also, it would be good if you could mention the cabinet name. That way if someone has the same cabinet, then they could suggest the optimal fan configuration.
take your graphic card to the service center and check what they says....
