How many games have you tried? Does this happen with all games? Or a selected few?
    BTW, do the following:
    • Scan your PC with a decent Anti-virus to see if some kind of virus is eating up your resources and causing slowdowns.[/*:m:2i4j6pe4]
    • Monitor your CPU's and GPU's temperatures(on load, like while playing some resource-hogging game) with HWMonitor or such, to see if something is overheating.[/*:m:2i4j6pe4]

It might be the CPU or GPU clocks are getting stepped down. See if you have any such softwares. Also, is your RAM 1 stick or 2?
    ^ Hope this helped. :D

Your PC is on fire, opt for some cooling methods - get some additional fans, open up your cabinet closet.....
wait for more responses, I don't know much about temps and cooling systems.

    Whoa!
Those are extremely dangerous temperatures(both for the CPU and GPU)!
Which cabinet do you use? How many fans? Where is the cabinet kept? Have you ever tried to clean the inside of it?

BTW, You should not run any games or some resource-intensive application, for you may inflict some serious damage to your hardware.
