My god.. its like..I took a virtualization service from VMware and hosting it on my own server.. Now i say that I created the VMware server, ESX Server and other products..

Alicebot or similar actually provide anybody to make a chat bot based on its own engine to be put on website - absolutely no programming or skill is required <I dont think filling few text areas is programmin>. Check what Google provides and a list of chat bots too.One more search here.
Hopefully now nobody claims to make chatbot by their own.
