Printer for personal use and for low quality photocopying

I want to buy a printer. My budget is Rs 5000. I want to use the printer mainly for my own use but it would be an added advantage if I could use it for commercial photocopying purpose, because I own a shop near a railway station.

The printer must have a feature so that I can photocopy (all in mono colour) a customers document in lower quality than usual, so that I can save ink/toner depending on the one I buy. I will print my documents not more than 1 dozen a week, and estimates are that the customers photocopying per week will not exceed 2 dozen a week.

So please suggest an all in one printer for me.

Get yourself the Canon Pixma E500
It's an all in one printer with great reviews online and is a excellent performer.
You can find reviews about it here -- http://tech2.in.com/reviews/mfps/can...-review/290202
You'll get it at 5,500 ( a little bit over your budget, but worth it trust me)
    Bye.

Does this printer have an option to copy documents in mono color in lower quality than usual?

stretch your budget to at least 8000; so that you can get all in one laser printer or else go with the Canon Pixma E500.
