    Gmail online email a/c full - error

    Hi

    I am using gmail a/c for my emails. Recently I found that the gmail a/c is showing as 99% full where as I hardly have any email on it. A snapshot of my a/c is given below.

    Pls tell how to rectify the error.

    BTW, Just asking, have you checked "All Mail" box and do you use any Gmail Drive/something similar?

    have you removed all emails from trash also ? pls check
