I have no idea how accurate it is though. The CTR depends on a LOT of things, so it's not easy to estimate how much money you'll make.

Okay, I just saw that Google Adsense Calculator, and one can't really make some assumptions and give an approximate revenue estimation just like that I guess. It all depends on how well my site runs though. Let's see.

And my question was, can I start putting up ads now itself? Start gaining traffic slowly.

Like I said, embedded YouTube videos won't consume any of your "bandwidth".

You need to own the domain for atleast 6 months before Google will approve. 40-50 visits won't give you anything.

Watching YouTube videos will consume your Internet connection bandwidth. The video is streamed from Youtube, not your site. Ergo, the video is not streamed from your site & no bandwidth is consumed at your host's end.

Atleast that money will be my pocket money :P

6 months? :-o :-o :-o holy hell. I've heard that even 2-3 months is enough. That's asked. May be I was given wrong info. Yeah, I know 40-50 visits not enough. Need to get that number high.
