Need a super cheap smart phone

I am in need of a super cheap smart phone. A touch model is preferable, though you may ignore this constraint. Budget is extremely low: ~3k. Brand: any (but the model should least cons!).

You just cannot expect to get a smartphone for 3k.
Nokia C2-00 seems a good option at 2.5k.
Though if you can extend your budget get Nokia C2-01 at ~3.7k.

Please don't suggest phones like C200, those really suck. Ok, I remove the 'smartphone' tag, I just want a multimedia phone with a big screen, with 16m colors, 3g is not necessary. Brand does not matter. The phone should just have least possible cons. Please try not to suggest nokia models as they are the costliest (unless they are too cheap and satisfy my requirements).

wait and get the aakash2 tablet. Gives you almost everything at extremely low budget.
