Smile Best phone in the under 15k range?

I was looking to buy a phone in the under 15k range by December-end. The options I have considered are Samsung Galaxy Ace and HTC Wildfire S. Are ther any new launches expected in this range? Which would be a better option? The Ace looks better on paper. Any other options? Help!

Both the cellphones have less inbuilt memory. You can consider motorola defy too. Its shockproof , waterproof , 2gb inbuilt memory , 30fps video recording.
My Gear :HP Elitebook 8440p, Motorola Defy, Sony Ericsson NeoV, iPhone 4, iPad 2, Galaxy Tab, PSP, iPod, SteelSeries Kinzu, SteelSeries Siberia v1, SteelSeries QcK Mousepad, Amazon Kindle and 50GB Box account :P

The Motorola Defy is better than Galaxy Ace and wildfire s except for the fact that it has android 2.2 froyo, but if you wish you can flash and use cyanogenmod (but it would void the warranty ) and it would safely overclock the processor to 1GHZ.

Out of the two specified the galaxy ace has a larger screen and wildfire s has gingerbread. Both with their own advantages.
So go with -- 1) Defy 2) Ace 2) Wildfire
But mind the fact that ace doesn't have a good resolution display and defy has a high resolution display. Now choose.
Listen to me, wait 2 months and you'll get the defy plus for 16000 Rs.
    Be happy . :-)

Wait for a while, let some more options come like the Samsung W i8150. For now, nothing is the best, but at some 9k, you can get the LG P500, which is great at that price, so wait a while - the market is really unstable, some many things are going on. So wait a while and settle with the best at lower price.

Red face Prefer SE Xperia Mini

I prefer the Sony Ericsson Xperia Mini - it costs around 13,000 INR in Mumbai (I'm in Pune). Has the best screen and sound quality, has a 1GHz processor and 720p HD recording its the best phone for that price. I use it and am very satisfied with it..

    Hope it will help all.

Note: If you like the post, and the Mini, please do tell me..

    Waiting is pointless.

If you have a functioning phone, and are happy with it, then stop playing with the idea of buying, too.

It's the most miserable feeling I tell you, unless you're one of those who love the whole process of buying (and want to prolong that feeling for as long as possible).
