samsung galaxy y or samsung galaxy ace?

hey frnds i m looking for a samsung mobile n i have 2 choice- galaxy y or galaxy ace. i need minimum 6-8 apps in my android mobile and t.v too. some people said galaxy is too slow while using apps n some said galaxy y is slow. please suggest me which one is gud.

If you are going to buy a Galaxy Ace then is it safe to assume you have a budget of 13 k ?
If then you can buy something else like Xperia Ray

for that budget, HTC Explorer is the best phone IMHO.

Ace has a 832Mhz processor and 256mb ram I suppose. Its anytime better than Galaxy Y. Sony Ericsson Live is cheaper than Ace and has better config with 1GHz processor and 512 MB ram, only drawback is 3.2 inch screen but its good.

Being a Galaxy S owner, I must say Samsung Galaxy Ace is much more practical than the Galaxy S.
And yes it is far better than the Galaxy Y. More powerful, Non sluggish UI, faster etc.. If the selection boils down to these two, Ace is obviously the better bet.
