About LinkBacksDoes it make sense to buy Desire C with out-of-the-box ICS, but only a 600mhz processor and 512mb RAM?
Or is buying the Desire S (1Ghz, 768mb RAM) and waiting for ICS upgrade better?

Both wont get any official update of ICS..... So waitin is useless.....!!!!

If that's the only choice you have then buy Desire S and install a custom ROM.
Don't go for Desire C the processor is pathetic

Desire S is better, @Jazztecho desire S will get ICS upgrade in July so that should not be a problem. it is available at saholic.com for 15,990. heres the link HTC Desire S Price in India | S510e Specifications, Features and Reviews
You have to go with Htc Desire C,Because Htc Desire C will get ICS upgrade in July so that should not be a problem.
