^what is your budget??intel boards offer less feature at there price point.

Dear avtar Sir,

5000-6000 for motherboard and i want for intel i5-2400 processors (i just want motherboard with good sound quality ) i have no knowledge of new technology .

if you want mobo for good sound quality then get a gigabyte h61m-ds2 for 4k and asus xonar dg(sound card) for 2k

avtar sir problem is m in multai ( small hill station in mp ) thats why little bit scared for asus and msi board because of warranty issue .

this is my first post I want to upgrade my old computer (intel 845gl,512ram,processor p4 2.4 ghz). i wan to sell it and build a new rig for casual gaming & entertainment , i prefer using intel processor & mobo plz help me as i am having a limited budget .also plz tell me what will i get for my old system
