Last questions before we wrap this up:Vertex 3 is 6Gbps(SATA III) and I have 3Gbps(SATA II) . So it won't have any compatibility issues right ?

Nah mate , I have another purchase(MOAR RAM) lined up . I think I will go with the Vertex 3 128GB .
