Question ATI 6670 with Cheap PSU

hi guys my brother want to buy graphic card having budge of max 5000 and dont want to buy additional psu.
    His config:
    Core i3 2100 3.1 GHz
    4 GB Kingston RAM DDR3 1333MHz
    Seagate Barracuda 1 T.B. 7200 rpm
    Intel DH61WW mobo

PSU : Supercomp PSU 450W with 12v= 25A listed on it. (Cost is around 500rs. )

So is ATI 6670 or 5670 is completable with this PSU ? Will these non pci-e power card will run on this PSU fine for 5-6 months after that he will buy some good brand psu.

No overclock is required in anything. All things should be on stock.
    Thanks.

never rely on such el cheapo psu.better buy a good psu first to save your current components, then a graphics card.
Few recommended psu for your pc are:
    Corsair cx430v2 2.2k
    fsp saga 2 500w 2k

a bad psu can burn/damage any component of your pc.

here is the link to fsp saga 2 500w
FSP SAGA II 500 500W Power Supply - SAGA II 500 by: FSP - TechShop.in

but buying psu online is very costly due to high shipping charges.try to get it from local shop.

@avtar2008 The link you had given is out of stock and I already had checked all major sites. And it is not available in local shop also . I think it is completely vanished from market.

Good choice... don't wait too long though ... the CX430 V2 is going out of stock every where and is too awesome to miss. Price should not be more than 2.4k appx.
