the main requirement is gaming at max 1280*1024 0r 720p resolution.My current p43ghz +7200gs is waste

Mobo is fine. The FX4100 is an AM3+ and the gigabyte too supports AM3+.

Well, I heard about there being an issue with the SATA port in certain mobos, that they tend to fail so a B3 revision was released, I'm not fully aware of this issue so do correct me.

also isnt there an alternative for gtx 560? maybe an ati 7770

For the budget at 10k - NO .

suppose i neeed only the mobo,cpu,gpu and psu for around 25k,ANY SUGGESTIONS? i could just upgrade bcoz monitor is still usable
