A whole bunch of things could be wrong:
But I'll start with these two, they're probably the more common variety and easy to check.
1. Dial down your memory settings in the BIOS, they maybe too aggressive.
2. Check your CPU temperature, it could be what's causing the reboot
Do reply with your configuration and if you've been getting blue screens and such.
First thanks so much hatzim sir for your time that you have given to me.
Sir i have very less knowledge of these thing so don't know ,in bios where we can check this setting and if we can change then what should be ideal setting ? if u can, please provide me any link of video regarding this .
this is the first thing come into my mind when i faced this .... but when i check my cpu temperature it was 45 to 48 (currently is 46 )
sir i have very basic pc i3 -2100 ,gigabyte h61m-s2p-b3 motherboard ,1tb seagate hdd,lg dvd drive ,corsair 4gb ram, intex atx cabinet with psu .....no sir m not getting any blue screen or such , pc force down an restart automatically thats it.

Seems like it isn't your CPU, temperatures are absolutely fine.
I really doubt if it could be a power switch, although I'm sure everyone has seen weirder culprits in the past. I'm thinking it could very well be your power supply. Do you have a spare supply you can use to test your system with?
