Re: Budget Gaming Upgrade
1.Six cores are quite redundant for your requirements, a decent 4 core should do the job.
2.You'll need to squeeze a PSU into your budget whether you like it or not.
3.On the bright side, the RAM module you've opted is good.
My Gear :Sapphire Radeon HD 6670 || PSP-2004 || Sony Xperia Mini || 250GB LaCie HDD || Logitech Gamepad F510 || Logitech H110 || Dell Inspiron 530S

Thanks.
Can u recommend a good quad core in this budget? The phenom ii X4 are almost impossible to find.
What PSU can i use ?
Also, the motherboard supports upto 1333mhz ram, wouldn't the 1600mhz ram be useless?

Re: Budget Gaming Upgrade
Intel Core i5 2400 - ~10k
Seasonic S12 II 520W - ~4k
MSI R6770 1GB GDDR5 - ~6.5k
Intel DH67VR-B3/MSI H67 E35 B3 - ~5k
Gskill 4GB DDR3 1333MHz/Corsair 4GB DDR3 1333mhz X 2 - ~2.8k (~1.4k each)
Total - 27.8k
I'm a little skeptical on the motherboard so you'd better do some research and some window shopping before considering this purchase. On another note, you can get something better than the 6770, if you can settle with just one RAM module, you can get something really good like the 6850, check out your options as far as the GPU is concerned before getting the 6770.
