I am form Mumbai , i want to Buy a CPU cooler for my AMD Phenom II x4 955BE , my budget is under 3000rs and i want to know is Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO is the best buy
and the thermal paste which comes with the cooler is good or i should buy thermal paste like arctic silver 5 or some thing.
