    Hey sanny18,

30K is a little low for a gaming rig. In my opinion, most of the components you'll get at that price may not exactly let you play high-end games at high resolution. However, I looked around for a bit and have come up with a rig that you can put together for 30-35K.

Mobo: Intel H77 is a good one. (around Rs. 8k) It has good specs and gives you USB 3.0.
Graphics: Zotac Geforce GTX 550 Ti (around Rs. 8K)
CPU: Core i5-3750 (around Rs. 10k). I THINK this does not come with HD 4000 graphics. Google. But you probably won't need it as you have the graphics card.
4GB of DDR3 RAM. Any brand is good for you, just remember to look for the price. (around Rs. 1000-1500)
You might want to opt for a cheap DVD writer (900 bucks)
Get a decent SATA HDD. Go for either 320 GB or 500 GB depending on your needs. (around Rs. 4K)
I'm guessing you already have a cabinet; I suggest you keep it to keep the final cost low.

This config comes down to around Rs 32K. Try tweaking the options a little to get it under your budget. Also, I have very little knowledge of cooling fans, so someone here might be able to help you out.

P.S: I'm a little out of touch with what's been happening in the tech world, so take this config with a pinch of salt.

If He goes for H77 based mobo, it wont utilise the HD 4000 graphics, so paying a premium over 2nd gen core i5 will be a waste na..!

    RAM Corsair Vengence/GSkill RipjawsX 4GB 1700

    Graphics Card MSI 7770 1GB GDDR5 9000
    DVD Drive Microteck 2000
    UPS LG DVD Writer 900

    Total ~ 54k

Get additional 4GB RAM and 500GB/1TB HDD later.

And stick with 64 bit Windows. No sense in using 32 bit now with 4GB RAM...

Re: need help in purchasing a assembled CPU

Ok check this one out, since you are not going to juice out the RIG ,I thought this would be nice enough for gaming on a budget.

    Processor : Intel Core i3-2120 3.30GHz Processor ₹ 6850

    Momboard : Asus P8B75-M LE ₹ 6050

    RAM : Corsair XMS3 4GB ₹ 1350

    HDD : Western Digital Caviar Blue WD10EALX 1TB 7200 RPM 32MB (2 years warranty) ₹ 5300 (1 TB)

    GPU : ZOTAC GeForce GTX560 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express ₹ 10,880

    OPD - Samsung SH-223F ₹ 950

    SMPS : Seasonic S12-II 520W ₹ 4275

    Cabinet : Nzxt Beta Evo Mid Tower Black Steel Cabinet - ₹ 2600 (Cooling Front, 1 X 120mm Blue LED (included)Rear, 1 X 120mm,Side, 2 x 120mm Top, 2 X 120/140mm)

Display Panel - Dell 21.5inch Full HD With LED Monitor (ST2220M) ₹ 8500

    Total ₹ 46,775.

In this rig you have got most of the things you require a smart CPU + Momboard, a Powerfull GPU, a great power supply, super airy cabinet with loads of fans , a 1TB HDD and a Full HD LED Display.

EDIT : If you want to bring down the price of this Rig to say around ₹ 42 - 43000 get yourself a GTX550ti AMP from Zotac and a 450 watts PSU from Antec.
Get the fundamentals right and later you can go and look for the wireless and stuff.

    Comments on your answers:--

    Ans1 & Ans7: Budget 44+10k- My suggestion for monitor AOC i2353 (Rs. 12,000)

Ans3: If you're waiting to play Crysis3, then you should go for a better graphics card preferrably
----------A) Zotac NVIDIA GeForce 560Ti Amp Edition 1 GB GDDR5 (Rs. 15026) or,
    ----------B) Asus ATI HD 7770 Direct CU 1 GB GDDR5 (Rs. 11000)

Ans14: If you want front USB 3.0 ports you'll have to unnessarily spend more than 5k on just the cabinet. Your best options-
    -----------A) Corsair Carbide 400R (Rs. 5,399)
-----------B) Cooler Master Enforcer Mid Tower Cabinet (Rs. 6,722)
I've suggested these two because they look really cool & also are two of the cheapest gaming cabinets with USB 3.0 in the front

And, If you want in-built Bluetooth 4.0 with wifi go for ASUS P8Z77-V Motherboard (Rs.16,000)........
