PC crashes alot with BSOD and sometimes just restarts !!HELP!! PLEASE!!

hey, i have a serious problem with my desktop. It crashes no matter what i do. If a open a installation file it crashes, if im browsing web it crashes. i dont know whats the problem . please guide me. ill provide you with all the files you need.

How can people guide you if you're not mentioning your system configuration? Also mention if it crashes in safe mode or not. You can try MSCONFIG-> Boot-> diagnostic startup- save and restart. Reboot and see if it works. If not, go to msconfig against Services-> tick the option "Hide all microsoft services *important*-> uncheck all-> save and restart.

If it still doesn't, post here with the system configuration. Also see if you can download HD Tune- check the health and do an error scan. Reply back once you've done all this.

^^ You mind posting the system configuration here?

google and download HD Tune. You'll 2 options- one tab says health and one tab says error scan. on error scan, just tick quick test and run the test. put the screenshots of both here.

I could do this all day long but I've been saying the same thing over and over again. So you're better off reading this: Power supply blacklist thread for newbies - Digit Technology Discussion Forum

Change the power supply and avoid switching on the system with this psu to prevent further damage. After changing the power supply you will need to do stress testing to check with component is affecting you. Stress testing with this or any sub standard power supply will create more problems- and that will lead to countless trips in swapping hardware and sending them for RMA. If you've made proper research or asked advice before purchasing, people would have guided you in the right direction.

Or atleast google it out. Real reviewers work so hard in generating content using proper testing methodology so that scene that this is prevented, but unfortunately despite having access to google search people dont seem to have time to do some self research but have time to go around when something goes bad and send it for RMA. Don't take it in a wrong way, but you should have realised that. Weren't you in Chip forums as well before?

No i wasn't in Chip forums before, i used tech2 forums and got access to chip when they both combined and what u mean is do i need to buy a new PSU ?

So the culprit here is my PSU? causing my pc to crash ? are you sure ?
my pc is still under warranty btw so should i get the PSU replaced..... or the new PSU wil have the same problem?

Have you even checked the link I posted? Avoid those power supplies- which also include yours. Hardware secrets also posted the review of your unit and its not supposed to be labelled anything more than 400w and specifically mentioned that if you try to push that it would cause some issue in your system. You can google out for the review link.

Change the power supply to something else. Corsair GS500/600 is adequate- depending on if you intend to make some upgrades in the future. After this, google and run memtest for about 4-6 hours. Again, strongly will not recommend to do this with this psu or any substandard power supply as it will create a new problem over another existing problem.

there's also SM BUS CONTROLLER DRIVER MISSING. COULD THAT BE THE PROBLEM ?
