A program opens and closes itself quickly giving a lot of problems ?!

Hello..
I'am currently using windows 7 ultimate...
when I start my windows after few minutes a program starts up and closes quickly within a second...
I'am not able to recognize it up till yet..
I have taken help from Google but not got the solution yet...
it gives a lot of problem to me when i play games it minimizes them all...!!

it have an icon like gear...
all i know about it...!

need help to delete it...!

Scan and post the logs here.
I am sure it will be easier for someone else to help you out with the logs.
Also check if you have any suspicious or unwanted program on your startup list.
Type msconfig on Run or that search bar thing after clicking start
