Display driver stopped working! Help!

I replaced my ageing Radeon HD4650 with HD6450. While uninstalling the old card's drivers. It showed that some components failed to uninstall.. But the new card's drivers were working fine after installation.. But now some errors have started showing up - display driver stopped working & game gets struck while playing. Is there any sofware through which i can remove every graphic card related sofware?

Apart from the AMD driver uninstaller & Ccleaner.. I've tried both but some error pops up in AMD & Ccleaner doesnt remove all components of software...

GPU should have worked fine with old drivers. i have many times removed GPU and tested PC with built in IGP and it worked fine.
You can try Driver Sweeper but it is not safe as it may remove other important files too rendering your PC unbootable but for now this is your only way out.

BTW are you using the latest driver (12.8) or the one bundled with the GPU?

12.6... I did it, uninstal & intalled completely.. ill check if issues persist for 2 days...

I am getting the same "display driver stopped working" error yet again! & display goes black & comes back on! HELPPP!!!!

Without removing old ones?? Isnt it nessecary to remove old ones?

Use driver sweeper, get rid of all display-related drivers. Reboot & then reinstall the drivers.
