After a lengthy sabbatical, everyone's favorite archeologist/virtual pin-up girl is back with a bang (and a massive facelift). Tomb Raider Legend has finally gone gold and will be available on the 11th of April for the PC, the Xbox 360, the Xbox, the PS2 and the PSP (multi-platform platformer?). What's new in this iteration you ask? Well for starters, her assets aren't the size of newborn babies anymore. Besides that, Lara's character model features natural structure, realistic textures, detailed facial features, reactive eyes and fluid motion, all of which make her part of a living environment. New character animations and controls allow her to move through stunning environments with grace and precision, while an understanding of the game's original appeal reinvigorates the fundamental explore-and-solve adventure experience.Hope this one turns out to be better than the snoozefest that had her fighting baboons and lions in India. For more information on Lara's latest adventure, platform your way to their official website. |
