35 Grands!!!
For a Resistive Touch Screen which isnt even Touch but "PRESS" Screen, You literally have to dig into these screens for it to register a click. Moreover a 434 MHz Processor, LOL itll start getting sluggish in a months time.....A Better bet would be a Palm Pre or an Iphone 3GS for the sensible and wise of the lot.
MD @ Jun 20, 2009
IPHONE 3GS is a better choice instead of N97
adnockashkar @ Jun 20, 2009
lol... a laptop from dell comes around 30000 rupees... instead can carry it for faster browsing and that too with lesser price browsing.. vodafone is also very expensive for 3 months he will give free what about laters.... 35000 rupees guys, dont buy this phone if you sensible enough....
vishal @ Jun 20, 2009

If it came with Android v2.0 instead of the damned Symbian, I'd have gone for this instead of the Palm Pre or iPhone 3GS.

NO one will buy N97...when other companies are giving the same features for much lower price only the people who has lot of black...... can buy that too low processing speed
ashish @ Jun 19, 2009
its not phone vs laptop...when there are better feature phones in market at this price...and N97 features are available in other phones at much less price....so Nokia think before pricing it

Wow..a lot of palm pre fans!
@palm BRING THE PRE TO INDIA ALREADY!WE HAVE CDMA NETWORKS TOO!
Atleast for the time being..
Ravi Shanker @ Jun 18, 2009
worthless hardware for that price. i would get full fledged laptop (with 3G card slot to get wireless internet on the move).

I wish some CDMA provider picks up palm pre and lauches it here. i know it will happen but when ? if tech2 can pull this news, that will be great.
Anshuman @ Jun 18, 2009

chaitanya krishnan @ Jun 18, 2009
Samsung is better in comparisation to Nokia, they are providing superb quality with cheap rate..
Keyur @ Jun 18, 2009
Ahh!! I forgot price.
People will never pay this much for junk.
I will go wid Palm Pre or HTC android.
Ur series sX OS cannot really work charm like android and IPHONE OS.
Kunal @ Jun 18, 2009
NOKIA u need to make something different to sustain in market. This "old thing in new wrapper" stuff will never attract people.
Ur all fones really doesnt attract me. Its just tht indian people are used to with ur fone from prolong time Otherwise, u r already out of game.
Kunal @ Jun 18, 2009
processor speed can be better....
