Kane and Lynch: Dead Men

Freedom Fighters was a killer game and even though it didn’t perform too well commercially it managed to garner a certain amount of cult status for itself. There were rumors that Io Interactive would one day release a sequel, maybe even on next gen consoles, but alas, all those rumors were squashed as we learned Io was busy working on a brand new IP - Kane and Lynch: Dead Men.
At first I was hurt since I felt Io dismissed Freedom Fighters too easily but the more I got to know about Kane and Lynch the more I became intrigued. For starters, the reason I’m so stoked about the game is because it’s managed to satiate the co-op whore within me; oh yeah, the entire single player campaign will be playable in co-op and check this out, the objectives for the co-op campaign will be a bit different than the single player one opening up a whole new world of variety. Unfortunately, Xbox 360 gamers will not be able to play game via Xbox Live (can I huge WTF!!); it’ll only be playable via split screen. Right, now that that’s out of the way, let’s get down to the game at hand.
