In a recent interview with computerandvideogames.com, Battlefield 2142 producer Marcus Nilsson has confidently stated that 2142 will be a lot less buggy than its predecessors.
Battlefield 2 was plagued with numerous bugs, as a result of which Digital Illusions (developers) received a lot of flack from the entire community. This time round, they've learnt from their mistakes and they're taking every measure possible to ensure the game ships as bug-free as possible.
EA hasn't announced any official release date till now, but you could head over to the game's official site to satiate those Battlefield needs.
