Firefox 3.0 Hits RC2

Firefox 3.0, Mozilla's latest version of its popular browser hit another milestone today in the form of the release of RC2 ( Release Candidate 2). This new release is immediately available for download and according to details given by this report, remains on track to hit final form somewhere in the middle of the month. This new release was introduced in the light of some problems that were discovered in RC1. RC2 lacks any changes with regard to the UI and is only aimed at a way of getting the browser tested by downloaders. Get the new release here. |
