Creative isn’t the only one trying to influence DAP users through geology with products like the Zen Stone, Samsung has also designed and launched a similar line of DAPs and are calling them YEP-S2 where the ‘S’ reportedly stands for Stone. These DAPS come preloaded with Samsung’s DNSe (Digital Natural Sound engine) audio processor.

The player is designed to look like a smooth round pebble with an LED that provides subtle lighting effects with the control keys located underneath. From what the translated website reports, the LEDs change color according to various modes selected from the player. The player also comes with necklace style earphones so it can be easily carried around or used as a fashion accessory.

The YP-S2 DAP is available in 5 colors and in 1 GB and 2 GB capacities priced at Rs. 2,290 ($54) and Rs. 2,753 ($65) respectively. Of course these may not make it to our shores, but we can hope can't we.
