Verizon Wireless and Namco Networks, a publisher and developer of mobile games and entertainment for the mass-market casual gamer, have announced the launch of “TEKKEN 2,” the mobile version of the smash hit arcade and console game series, “TEKKEN,” on Verizon Wireless phones only though. Players can select one of three fighters, each with its own array of movements and special attacks, to defeat other characters in the best of three matches. If players are victorious, new characters are unlocked and made available. Players appearing in the game include Jun, Heihachi, Nina, Kazuya, Paul, Yoshimitsu, Devil and Angel. Players will enjoy the fast-paced action they have come to expect from the “TEKKEN” series, including furious fighting moves and combos; signature 3D graphics; and iconic playable characters, each with their own unique fighting styles. Players can enter the Iron Fist Tournament in Original Mode; test their stamina in Survival Mode; or play Beginner Mode, where pressing a single button generates randomly selected fighting moves. |
