Vu Technologies Offers Vista Digital Home

Luxury technology brand, Vu Technologies has announced the availability of the recently launched Windows Vista operating system, on its digital home systems and PCs. The California- based company unveiled its 'Vu Vista Digital Home' concept at its flagship store, at CR2 mall, Mumbai. The '‘Vu Vista Digital Home' enables customers to view Windows on a 32inch LCD TV, powered by P4 3.0 GHz CPU and control the system with a Radio Frequency (RF) keyboard/mouse. Vu is also offering 5.1 wall speakers as a special offer on the launch with the Vista Digital Home. The package is available at the Vu store at Rs. 75,000. In addition, Vu offers the Vu Vista Digital Home-Ultimate version with a 37" LCD or larger screen, 5.1 wall speakers with the Vu Piston PC, RF key board and Vista Premium for Rs. 1, 50,000. The Vu Vista PC is also available with a 19" LCD TV, 3.0GHz, 512 MB, RF keyboard and Vista Premium for Rs. 35,000. Vu Technologies, set up in August this year, is owned by the promoters of Mumbai-based Zenith Computers. The first retail outlet of Vu is at CR2 (INOX), Nariman Point, Mumbai and the company plans to open 30 stores across the country in metro and mini-metro cities within the next two years.
