Windows Vista Basic Theme To be Spruced up

11 Jul, 2006, 10:30 am IST | Jayesh Mansukhani |

In the last few months all of us have read of Microsoft‘s new OS Vista which is a major step forward graphically for the windows platform. Quite a few of us have even agonized on how we would not be able to run the new OS in all its glory given its rather demanding specifications. Well, it seems Microsoft has heard the people's pleas. As Dailytech has reported here" “They have decided to spruce up the default "Windows Vista Basic" theme This will change in future builds of Vista according to Microsoft's Nick White. The sea of grey on the Windows Vista Basic has been replaced by more lively dash of blue. From the Windows Vista Team Blog: Community members have rightfully complained about this theme, and we agreed (actually we always knew we'd fix it in a future build). When will it be replaced? Sorry -- we can't share that yet, so stay tuned.” windowsvista.png
