Samsung Debuts its 75-inch 3D TV

| by tech2 News Staff | 3D TVs

Samsung it seem believes that ‘Size does matter’ and in keeping with that ideology, it today announced the launch of ‘world’s largest premium brand 75 inches Smart TV’

The D9500 Series is Samsung's largest LED TV yet, integrates the ‘Smart TV’ capabilities and boasts of 3D as well. The Smart TV allows its users to browse the internet,  use social networking sites as well as access ‘Samsung Apps’. To help the user in experiencing Smart TV, Samsung brings in the 'Kwotihyeong smart remote', which contains a QWERTY based flip remote which is further enhanced with a comfortable grip and a integrated motion sensor to prevent malfunction.

While the TV is yet to make its appearance here, it is rumoured that the TV will cost a mind numbing $13,000 and will include four active shutter glasses. With so many TVs out in the market today and that too from various manufacturers, will the D9500 series mark out a niche for itself in the Indian market or will its price and humongous size (not everyone has a 200 sq.ft home) deter buyers?

Do let us know what you think about the TV in the comments section.
