07 Jan, 2011, 10:29 am IST | by Avinash Bali |

Developer Gameloft have made a name for themselves with a plethora of awesome games like the more recent N.O.V.A. to some of the older stuff like Asphalt and mobile remakes of the Prince of Persia and Splinter Cell series among others.

Coming soon - to an HDTV near you

Now they’ve tied up with Panasonic to offer their games on a much bigger platform – Panasonic’s Viera HDTV sets. Via the Viera Market place users will now be able to download some of Gameloft’s games straight to their TVs and enjoy it in glorious High Definition. Details regarding pricing and availability are a bit sketchy at this point in time but we do know that N.O.V.A., Asphalt and UNO will be compatible with this service.
