Korean game developer XL Games have leased Crytek’s CryENGINE 2 for an ambitious, yet to be named MMORPG and here's what the company's CEO, Jake Song had to say about this deal: "The CryENGINE 2 is in a class by itself, and is the perfect technology on which to build our future gaming world and business. Not only are the graphics unquestionably the best available, but the unprecedented ability it offers to physically interact with the environment will allow us to create entirely new modes of game play which up to now we could only dream of implementing". WoW! This should be one good looking MMORPG. |
