Devil May Cry on Your iPhone

Ever since Capcom handed over the reins of development for the latest Devil May Cry game to developer Ninja Theory (Heavenly Sword), it seems Dante has undergone somewhat of a sex change. He looks more like an anorexic Goth who’s stepped out of an Avril Lavigne video than a badass demon slayer. Capcom thankfully are keeping the real DMC alive via an iOS game that will faithfully recreate Devil may Cry 4 for the iPhone and iPod Touch (no iPad love, sorry). Demon hand FTW! Devil May Cry4: Refrain, as it’s called, will allow players to battle through ten levels of enemies as Nero, the protagonist from the console version. Like the console version, Nero will wield a large sword (heh), pistols and a Demon Hand for his handheld outing. There’s no mention of Dante at all which makes us believe you’ll either unlock him or he’ll be a downloadable character at a later date. Devil May Cry 4: Refrain will hit iTunes by the end of this month for $7. Via Pocketgamer |
