This May, the only man who can save Earth’s babes from extraterrestrial life forms will emerge after a fourteen year sabbatical, courtesy of Gearbox Software. To commemorate the return of the King (see what I did there?), Gearbox have announced a Collector’s Edition for Duke Nukem Forever aptly called The Balls of Steel edition. Included in this ballsy collector’s edition are a Duke Nukem bust, Duke themed Poker Chips and Dice, a comic, hard-cover art book along with a bunch of other paraphernalia that make any Duke fan giddy with joy. Do you have the Balls? In case you haven’t been keeping up with the good news, Duke Nukem Forever was (re)announced last year after the world and its mother presumed it dead. Picked up by 2K Games, DNF is being developed by the team behind the excellent Role Playing Shooter, Borderlands and will be available by the 6th of May 2011 for the Xbox360, PS3 and PC. Thanks to Gamespot for the heads up. |
