E3 2008: Wii Sports Resort Announced

At Nintendo’s E3 press conference today we were shown footage of Wii Sports Resort, the spiritual successor of sorts to Nintendo’s Wii Sports (that by the way is bundled along with the console itself). The aim of the game this time round is to allow players to experience the pleasures of a Beach Resort (in a very family friendly way i.e). All we know as of now is that the game will make use of Nintendo’s latest accessory, the Wii Motion Plus and will feature games like Sword Fighting (don’t know how that fits into the whole fun in the sun theme going on in this game), Jet Skiing and Frisbee Throwing amongst others. Perfect game for the mother/girlfriend/daughter etc. |
