Motion controlled gaming has spurred a bunch of fitness games in recent times, most of which are actually pretty strenuous. Ubisoft churned out a plethora of such games in 2010 targeting everything from dancing to yoga. Today, they’ve announced yet another game that’s guaranteed to kick your butt into shape. My Fitness Coach: Club for the PS3 and Wii has been designed to give players a full body workout covering a multitude of exercises targeting your core, upper and lower body. It’ll also improve your stamina, balance and flexibility. Who thought games could get you into shape? The Wii version will track your movements via a USB camera bundled with the game while the PS3 version will obviously ship with Move support. An added bonus for the PS3 version is that players will be able to upload their favorite tracks into the game which will then create a customized workout based on the beats and rhythm of their songs. My Fitness Coach: Club will be available for the PS3 and Wii this March. |
