Internet Explorer 9 Release Candidate Out

More Microsoft news follows as Internet Explorer 9 reaches the last waypoint before its final release. Microsoft released the Internet Explorer 9 Release Candidate build, which is an almost final build of the browser. Internet Explorer 9 will address security issues along with adding features Internet Explorer 9 will include several new features, some of which include HTML5 support, a pause and resume feature in its download manager. Security has always been a concern with Internet Explorer and Microsoft has taken steps such as allowing users have more control over ActiveX elements. Microsoft also claims that the performance too has improved over the previous builds. If you want to try it out for yourself, head over to http://ie.microsoft.com/testdrive/. Just make sure you’re running Windows Vista or a later version of the Windows operating system. |
