iOS 4.3 Beta Brings AirPlay Support and Customizable iPad Switch

The AirPlay feature in iOS 4.2 didn’t work for third party apps, the iPad’s side switch doesn’t lock the screen… and the list of sniggles with the iPad/ iPhone goes on. But look, Apple has released iOS 4.3 Beta for developers and this comes with some cool functions. Multitask gestures and Lock Rotation... Bliss! First of all, iOS 4.3 is only available for the iPad, iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4 and iPod Touch 3rd and 4th generation. If you have any of the older gadgets, you can't upgrade to iOS 4.3. You can use four or five fingers on the iPad, as the upgrade supports multi-touch gestures. Also the slide switch for the iPad can be used to lock the orientation in comparison to its previous function of controlling the volume level for the iPad. Here’s a list of other features that have been noticed with iOS 4.3 :
