Moser Baer Ties Up With F1 for A.S.S.

Moser Baer has ventured into the IT peripheral products to extend its product line. To ensure prompt after sales service, it has announced a tie-up with F1 support and services.

With this tie-up Moser Baer will leverage F1’s existing reach of 30 services centers and 14 of its associate service partners across India. The F1 service centers are spread across 27 key locations in the country.

F1 will provide repair, replacement and onsite, return to base on Moser Baer product line of optical drives (ODD), pen drives, keyboards, mice, LCDs, speakers, headphones, and other IT products

Announcing the tie-up, Sudip De, assistant general manager, domestic marketing, Moser Baer, said: "Moser Baer is synonymous with quality and it has been our constant endeavour to make our products easy to use and service. With this tie-up, we will have access to the strong after sales service network of F1 which will help us strengthen our presence."

Kaushal Khandor, vice president corporate, said: "F1 has always believed in providing quality service and our commitment to this end is never diluted. This tie-up has reinforced what we stand for – Quality Service."
