Silent Hill Revelation (3D) Announced

2006’s Silent Hill, the movie was received rather poorly by critics and fans alike. People who had never played a Silent Hill game in their life enjoyed it a bit while fans of the series were mortified at the cellular treatment. Still it must have sold pretty well as we now have official confirmation of a sequel…in 3D (but of course). They uh all fall down? Silent Hill Revelation will be written and directed by Michael J. Bennett, best known for a few mediocre horror flicks and thanks to Fangoria here’s a rough outline of this movie’s plot: Set on themes and happenings from the game Silent Hill 3, the story will follow Heather Mason and her father who have been on the run from the dangerous forces she doesn't fully understand. Dealing with horrific nightmares and now the disappearance of her father; on the eve of her eighteenth birthday, Heather discovers that she isn't exactly who she thinks she is. Learning this leads her deep into a demonic world that threatens to trap her in the town of Silent Hill forever. 3D skin tearing FTW! |
