MSI's Wind Top AE2070 to Take Flight This Month

MSI is a pretty popular brand in the space that accommodates the all-in-one kinds. Taking the league forward is yet another called the Wind Top AE2070.

Top of the order?

A successor to the Wind Top AE2050, the Wind Top AE2070 brings the touch technology to the fore with style, well at least that’s what the pictures say. The Wind Top AE2070 is a wide at 20-inches and comes with a 1600 x 900 stark display. It comes loaded with USB 3.0 ports which are also backward compatible with USB 2.0 and 1.1, as well. The Wind Top can be upgraded to a 3.1 GHz Core i3 processor and NVIDIA GeForce GT540M graphics. With a provision of a 500 GB 7,200RPM hard drive, MSI just promises to get better than its predecessor.

Other inclusions read like 2 three-watt speakers, a DVD burner, and a 6-in-1 memory card reader. Just like the Wind Top AE2050, the AE2070 too will run on Windows 7 and will also include the MSI’s brand new UI interface, called the Wind Touch UI. MSI claims to make it a social networking lover’s muse with dedicated buttons for Facebook and Twitter buttons on the browser, along with a provisionary window for other regular applications like sticky notes, photo viewing among others.

Details like the pricing or the availability of the product is still under wraps, all we hope is that they don’t resemble the name.
