Rovio’s mega-popular handheld game Angry Birds has been everywhere recently. iOS, Android, Windows, Mac, PS3 and it was recently announced that it’d be making its way onto Windows Phone 7 as well. So it’s only fitting that having exhausted nearly all the platforms available to them, Rovio are taking Angry Birds into a new dimension. ![]() Assaulting you in 3D
Reports state Angry Birds 3D is in the works, and will be released for Nintendo’s upcoming handheld gaming console the 3DS, and LG’s upcoming 3D smartphone, the LG Optimus 3D P920. Gameloft recently announced that they’d be bundling a few 3D titles with the Optimus 3D, namely Asphalt 6, N.O.V.A and Let’s Golf – with a view to develop more 3D games in the future. Now that Rovio’s been added to the mix, the Optimus 3D looks to be a casual 3D gaming haven. |
